Brad graduated from West Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Accounting. His career began in the public accounting sector where he was involved for 6 years in all entity type tax preparations and review, tax planning, compilations, tax research, client interaction, and other tax duties.

After this, he was employed for 18 years in various accounting positions for a private, family-owned agricultural company. His financial duties included working with the swine and cattle operations, farm/ranch operation, risk management, insurance, benefit programs, banking relations, credit facilities/covenants, and other ancillary duties. He finished his career there as Chief Financial Officer.

In October 2019, Brad joined the Partners for Production Agriculture team as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he avails his financial and accounting background to clients through financial analysis, strategy and risk management. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and permitted to public practice. In addition, he holds his Series 3 commodity trading license.

Brad enjoys sports, outdoor activities, traveling, spending time with his daughter, and watching her participate in high school activities.
